FL_CURSOR_DEFAULT when popping up menus
I'd noticed how, for instance, a right-click on a Fl_Input would leave an
I-beam cursor, and it didn't seem like a big deal, but I discovered this
scenario:
- type in a Fl_Input. Mouse cursor disappears.
- Alt-F to pop up file menu
- Cursor not visible. Not very nice.
