Title: Increase location bar margin on the left side

One of the problems that has been bugging me for years is that the space between the [X] button and the start of the first character of the location bar is very narrow. This often causes missclicks or at least a very high time for landing the mouse in the right spot.

Given that we are already using a custom input widget for the location bar, we may be able to add some extra space to make the selection easier.
