The user guide [still describes focus_new_tab=YES as the default behaviour](https://github.com/dillo-browser/dillo/blob/dc3c3bc087ee5ae5a25e936eab62124685564d4b/doc/user_help.in.html#L351), even though [that's no longer the case](https://github.com/dillo-browser/dillo/commit/71e680bd5f19bfd6b29e221e2f0b6e4d03cf3294) in 3.2.0.
