rewrap: take line1OffsetEff into account, if lastLine is the first line

When rewrapping starting from the second line, we need to take
line1OffsetEff to compute lastLineWidth.
Testcase:

<div style="text-indent:1em;text-align:justify">
line 1 line 1 line 1
line 2 line 2
<i>Hello</i>Dillo
</div>

Make the window so narrow that the last "1" just get's on the second
line, then reload the page. The "1" should not disappear.
